Service Fee Policy
Everything Peza charges you for selling is on this page, and every figure on it is the figure in force right now — not a number typed in when the page was written.

There is no second fee anywhere. These are free, and there is no plan on which they are not:
- K 0.00to open a shop and join Peza.
- K 0.00to list an item, however many you list, for as long as you leave it up.
- K 0.00a month. There is no subscription and no listing renewal.
- K 0.00to be paid out to your MTN, Airtel or Zamtel wallet.

A worked example
One item at K 500.00 with K 80.00 of delivery, at the rates above:
These figures are calculated live from the settings in force, by the same code that prices a real order, so this example cannot drift away from what you are actually paid.
Section 4
Delivery
Delivery is yours. You decide where you deliver, what you charge and how long it takes, and the delivery fee a customer pays is passed through to you in full.

When you are paid
Your customer pays Peza when they order, and we hold that money until they confirm the order reached them. Your payout is released on that confirmation — the same trigger as the Purchase Policy, which this page does not change.
Payouts go to the mobile money number on your shop profile, and moving the money there costs you nothing.
Section 7
Changes to this policy
If the service fee goes up, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new rate applies, so you have time to reprice, to ask us about it, or to leave. A fee that falls takes effect straight away — nobody needs notice of paying less.
A change never reaches back. The rate on an order is the rate that was in force when the order was placed; it is written onto the order at that moment and a later change cannot move it.
